With over two decades of experience in the field, Fiona brings a wealth of clinical knowledge to every consultation. Since qualifying from Robert Gordon University in 2005, Fiona has dedicated her career to mastering musculoskeletal science.
Also working part time as an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist (APP) within NHS Glasgow & Clyde, Fiona operates at the highest level of clinical decision-making. She remains at the forefront of the latest scientific research and evidence-based treatment approaches.
Focused on holistic recovery, Fiona combines traditional physiotherapy techniques with a deep knowledge of yoga philosophy, pain physiology, and an understanding of hormonal triggers to treat complex conditions. Her multi-faceted approach ensures every patient receives the highest standard of integrated care.
As a clinician, parent, and seasoned athlete, Fiona understands the dedication required to balance health with a demanding lifestyle. Her professional expertise is enhanced through an extensive sporting background, having competed in marathons, cycling, swimming, Ironman triathlons, adventure races and golf, alongside being an expert skier.
